bre is a small Batumi-based operator running short and mid-term rental apartments. We list our own managed apartments, maintain the Batumi guide, and offer property management services. The website is informational and lets you contact us to book or work together.
When you book through us — via Telegram, email, the contact form, or any other channel — you enter a rental agreement directly with us (or the property owner we represent). Terms of each booking — price, dates, deposit, cancellation policy — are confirmed in writing before the stay.
You may also book our apartments through Airbnb, Booking.com or Суточно. In that case, their terms apply on top of ours, and the booking is between you and the platform.
Cancellation terms depend on the channel and length of stay. For direct bookings, we usually offer flexible terms — exact rules are confirmed with the booking confirmation. For Airbnb/Booking.com bookings, the platform's rules apply.
Our Batumi guide is opinion, not legal advice. Restaurants, places and businesses we recommend are independent — we don't control their hours, prices, quality, or whether they're still open. We do our best to keep things current.
We're a small operator doing our best. We're not liable for things outside our control — power outages, water cuts, force majeure, decisions of building management or local authorities. If something goes wrong, we'll work with you to find a solution.
We may update these terms. If we change anything significant, we'll update the date and notify anyone we have an active booking with.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes that can't be resolved by talking it out go to Georgian courts.
